MYCFL Background Screening Event

Step 1:

Register on the CHAI Portal clearinghouse state site

 

Https://chai.flclearinghouse.com

 

Initiate a screening and answer the state's questions... once it asks what type of job STOP THERE and exit. We select that you're a volunteer on our end.

DO NOT select a job type. Your demographic profile will be saved so we can retrieve it and complete the process with the proper fingerprint coding. 

 

Step 2:

Notify School you have completed this step so we can generate the

Livescan Fingerprint Form required for your background screening

with the proper coding.

IMPORTANT On Day of Fingerprinting:
You must bring two forms of original unexpired
US Government Issued Identification.
Driver's license or Passport     +plus one other+
 
Second Form can be:
Social Security Card, Voter's Registration,
Birth Certificate, Conceal Carry License, EAD Card,
International Passport with accompanying Visa page
and your Passport can also be used as a 2nd ID along with your Driver's License.
